Hiring

Hiring is cost per item with an additional refundable deposit per item.
Should the item require dry cleaning or any professional treatment or repair as a result of mistreatment on return, the costs will be deducted from the refundable deposit.
Please note, prices do not include delivery costs.
A quote for the item/s hired will be SMS'd or emailed to the customer.
The full payment of hiring and the refundable deposit is to be paid on acceptance of a quote.

Tutu patterns are based on specific patterns that we have purchased.
Construction of items has a lead time of minimum 6-8 weeks, not including delivery time, and are subject to availability of bookings and materials.
Please note, prices do not include delivery costs.
A quote for the item/s ordered plus delivery costs will be SMS'd or emailed to the customer.
Approximately 2 to 3 appointments for fittings will be required.
A 60% deposit is required on acceptance of a quote.
Once the item is complete, the remainder of the costs and delivery costs are to be paid before collection or delivery.
Rush orders will have a surcharge, charged at our discretion.
